A third teen was charged for involvement in a shooting at the Allison Hill Community Center that injured eight in October 2013.

On February 6, 15-year-old Lamont Porter was arrested and charged with criminal attempted homicide and other charges relating to a shooting near the Community Center at Walnut and Hoerner streets.

Seventeen-year-old Daniel Rayquan Miley and 15-year-old Darrell L. Henderson were previously arrested and charged in connection with the incident

All three teens have been charged as adults with attempted homicide, aggravated assault, recklessly endangering, conspiracy and firearms violations.

Investigators have said several gunshots were fired as several adults and children were leaving the center after a youth party, and that the shooting apparently stemmed from a fight at the party.

The victims all sustained non life-threatening injuries. They were treated at a hospital and released.
