A third Mount Joy teen has been charged in an arson case last month where a bottle filled with a flammable liquid was set afire and thrown at a East Donegal Township home.
The 17-year-old boy, who was not identified, was arrested Friday and charged with arson, possession of an incendiary device, causing or risking a catastrophe, and criminal conspiracy, according to Susquehanna Regional police.
Another 17-year-old boy and a 16-year-old boy were arrested last week.
Police said the bottle landed in the yard and did not damage
the home, and no one was injured.
Investigators said they believe the juveniles
had an issue with one of the residents.
All three were committed to the Lancaster County Youth Intervention Center.
