Police have announced three arrests in a burglary last year at Central Dauphin East High School.
Axel Alcantara, Pedro Delacruz and Aury German, all of New York City, are accused of causing substantial damage to the school and stealing more than $70,000 in computer laptops, desktops, camcorders and other equipment on May 5, Lower Paxton Township police said Friday.
The New York City Police Department was investigating a ring that was burglarizing schools in their jurisdiction when they recovered several laptops with C.D. East property inventory stickers, police said.
The investigation led to charges against the three suspects for school burglaries in New York City and the break-in at Central Dauphin East.
The three are in the custody of New York officials.
