A York man has been arrested following a four-month investigation
into his alleged possession and distribution of child pornography.

Luis Rosario, 20, of 1421 Continental Road, was charged with two counts of distribution of child
pornography, two counts of possession of child pornography and one count
of criminal use of a communication facility, according to the state attorney general's office.

Agents conducting an online investigation
noticed numerous files containing suspected child porn were being shared from
Rosario's computer, and a search of his home resulted in the seizure of three
desktop computers, one laptop and an external hard drive, prosecutors said.

The computers will be analyzed as
part of a continuing investigation.

Rosario was preliminarily arraigned before a district judge
who set bail at $40,000. A preliminary hearing is
scheduled for Feb. 14.
