Police in Cumberland County say the second man involved in an armed robbery has turned himself in.
Twenty-year-old Shaquille Burnette is accused of holding several people at gunpoint for over a 30 minutes at a Geneva Greens apartment in Upper Allen Township.
Police said that on November 5, he and another man forced the victims to call other family members to the apartment.
When they arrived, they were held at gunpoint and robbed too.
The other suspect reportedly involved, Justin Matthews, was arrested in Philadelphia last month.
According to police, the two men stole electronics, jewelry and cash.
