Three men arrested last month for the armed robbery of a suburban Harrisburg restaurant are now facing federal charges.
Tory Dobbin, 41; Nathaniel Mosely, 43; and George Stoney, 40, all of Harrisburg, were indicted Monday by a federal grand jury on charges of robbery of a business engaged in interstate commerce and use of a firearm during a crime of violence.
The trio is accused of robbing the Cracker Barrel restaurant on Brindle Road in Susquehanna Township the night of Dec. 3.
Authorities said the three were wearing masks and armed with guns when they also took money, jewelry and cell phones from employees and customers.
They also stole a car from a Ford dealership in Sunbury for their getaway, authorities said.
