A man wanted for sexually assaulting a minor in York County has been arrested in South Carolina.
Daniel Shaub, 35, of Myrtle Beach, was taken into custody Friday in Surfside Beach, S.C., according to U.S. Marshal Martin J. Pane.
Northeastern Regional police in March began investigating allegations that Shaub committed sexual offenses against a minor, and an arrest warrants was issued last month charging him with statutory sexual assault, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, aggravated indecent assault, indecent assault, corruption of minors, and photographing sexual acts.
It was later learned that Shaub fled from Pennsylvania to South Carolina, Pane said.
