York police have arrested a suspect in the killings of two men last month in the 500 block of West Mason Avenue.
Dejerek Smallwood, 21, of 133 N. Penn Street, has been charged with two counts of criminal homicide for the shooting deaths of 23-year-old Braydon Aldinger and
26-year-old Derek Ferree, police said Thursday.
Authorities are still looking for a second suspect, 22-year-old Laquan Anderson Pierrelouis, who is wanted as a co-conspirator in the case and has a last known address in the 900 block of W. King Street, police said.
Investigators have said Aldinger and Ferree were killed Nov. 23 during an altercation that erupted during a drug deal.
Aldinger was killed by a gunshot wound to the torso, and Ferree died
of gunshot wounds to his torso and neck.
