A second Harrisburg teenager has been arrested for a shooting incident last month that injured eight people outside the Allison Hill Community Center.

Seventeen-year-old Daniel Rayquan Miley was taken into custody in the Hall Manor area without incident on Thursday, Harrisburg police said.

His bail at Dauphin County Prison was set at $750,000 cash, and a preliminary hearing was scheduled Nov. 22.

A second Harrisburg teen, 15-year-old Darrell L. Henderson, was arrested for the Oct. 13 shooting last month, and police are still looking for a third suspect, 15-year-old Lamont Lee Porter.

All three teens have been charged as adults with attempted homicide, aggravated assault, recklessly endangering, conspiracy and firearms violations.

Investigators have said several gunshots were fired as several adults and
children were leaving the center after a youth party, and that the shooting apparently stemmed from a fight at the party.

The victims all sustained non life-threatening injuries. They were treated at a hospital and released.
