Lebanon police have charged a 14-year-old city boy in a store robbery.
Police said the teen was charged with counts of robbery and theft for the incident Thursday morning at the Lebanon General Store, at 337 Walnut Street.
Authorities said the teen had placed an item on the counter for purchase, and the clerk rang it up and opened the cash register drawer before the boy grabbed some money and fled.
He was not masked and did not display a weapon during the crime, police said. Investigators identified him and arrested him later in the day.
He was remanded to the custody of Lebanon County Probation Services.
