A Dauphin County man jailed for the robbery of a Hershey bank last week has been ordered to stand trial.
William Lightner, 30, of Derry Township, waived his preliminary hearing Wednesday before a district judge.
Lightner has been charged in the June 23 robbery of the PNC Bank at 909 West Governor Road, where he allegedly demanded money from a teller and fled with an undetermined amount of cash.
No weapon was displayed, and no one was injured in the robbery.
A formal arraignment was scheduled for September 4.
