It's a hot day on the ball field for Major League Baseball's RBI (Reviving Baseball in Inner Cities) Tournament.

Boys and girls between ages 13 and 18 participate. The very successful Harrisburg league—comprised of senior and junior baseball and softball teams—is hosting the Mid Atlantic Region Tournament.

Teams from Delaware, Maryland, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Washington D.C. and West Virginia all attended.

We caught up with the game at Central Dauphin East High School where the Senior team under coach Rob Martin played a double header on Saturday. The final score in the second game against Maryland was 6 to 4.

The Harrisburg Senior team is 4 and 0; they'll play for the championship on Sunday at the Lancaster Barnstomers Clipper Magazine Stadium at 10 a.m.

The winner of that game will go to the World Series Championship in Minneapolis August 3 through August 8. They'll compete against teams from across the county and Puerto Rico and the Dominican.
