Former Central Dauphin football star Zayd Issah is facing charges after being arrest in State College early Saturday morning.
Issah, who had previously been recruited by Penn State, was charged with aggravated assault, resisting arrest and possession of marijuana.
He is being held at the Centre County Prison after he was unable to post the $20,000 bail.
This is his second arrest in less than less 6 months. The Central Dauphin graduate had his Penn State scholarship stripped after he was charged with passing counterfeit money at fast-food restaurants in March.
Issah was planning to attend a prep school this fall and attempt to attend Penn State next year.
