What you'll need:
4 chicken breasts
Montreal chicken seasoning
Head of lettuce
Sesame ginger salad dressing
What to do:
1. Trim skin and fat off chicken breasts. Wash the chicken with water and generously sprinkle both sides with Montreal chicken seasoning. Cook chicken breasts on the grill.
2. Cut up head of lettuce and place a nice layer of lettuce on a dinner plate.
3. When chicken is done, cut the breast into strips or cubes then place on top of lettuce. Top salad with feta, dried cranberries, croutons, pine nuts and sesame ginger salad dressing.
