Toss all of the below listed items in large bowl:
Pasta- your choice shape- approx. 1 C. per person
Sliced blk olives
Diced: Bell peppers
Shredded jack cheese
Mix/whisk all below in bowl-pour over pasta & veggie bowl:
Apple cider vinegar
Parsley-fresh or dry
Stir to completely coat. Let sit at least an hour-enjoy!
