The East Pennsboro School Board approved the 2013-14 proposed final budget that calls for nearly $36 million in education spending.
The move means the district will not have full-day kindergarten. The board voted in early May to reduce the district's full-day kindergarten program to 2 hours 45 minutes during morning and afternoon sessions.
The budget proposal will be on display for 20 days. During that time changes can be made and the full-day kindergarten issue could be revisited.
Final adoption is due at the end of June.
