A Harrisburg man treated at a hospital for cuts and bruises to his head told investigators he was beaten and robbed early Friday in the 1700 block of State Street, according to city police.
The victim reported that two men in hooded sweatshirts approached him shortly before 2 a.m. before one of them pulled a handgun and demanded his valuables, police said.
Both robbers then attacked 20-year-old man, hit him with the handgun, and punched and kicked him. They took his wallet, cell phone and a small amount of
cash, police said.
