2 injured in fight after leaving Lebanon bar

Two men were transported to a hospital when they were cut during a fight early Friday after leaving a Lebanon bar, according to police.

The victims told officers they were involved in a verbal argument inside Woofer's Bar at 605 Cumberland Street, and the dispute turned physical after they left the establishment at closing time, police said.

The men later discovered that they had been cut with an edged weapon during the incident, police said.

A 27-year-old from
Palmyra had a cut on his abdomen and was undergoing treatment at a local hospital, while a 19-year-old from Lebanon was treated for cuts on his arms and released, police said.
