A Wyomissing man allegedly set up his cell phone camera to record women as they were changing
clothes between performances at the Ephrata Performing Arts Center, police said.
Ephrata police said they charged 24-year-old Caleb Anthony Seip with two counts of invasion of privacy.
During an interview with detectives, police said Seip admitted that he intentionally set up the camera phone to record the women.
The incidents occurred on two separate occasions in December 2012, police said.
