Lebanon police said they have cited the owner of a dog that was shot and killed by a city officer last month.
Christine Webb, 45, was cited for dogs running at large, police said.
Police on December 15 were sent to the Brookside Apartments at 13th and Mifflin streets for a poodle and a pit bull that were running loose.
The pit bull growled and bared its teeth and then charged the officer, who was able to side step the dog.
However, when the dog charged a second time, the officer shot and killed it with his service weapon, police said.
