A Lancaster man faces life in prison with no chance of parole for the 2011 killing of a mother of four.

Jakwan Green, 23, was found guilty of first-degree murder and conspiracy Thursday following a non-jury trial before Lancaster County Judge David Ashworth.

A formal sentencing was not immediately scheduled, but state law mandates a penalty of life imprisonment.

Authorities said Green was involved in planning the murder of Diana
Spencer and on April 16, 2011 knocked on her door at 26
Old Dorwalt Street before one of his accomplices shot Spencer, who later died at a hospital.

One of his co-defendants, 20-year-old Oscar Manuel Martinez, pleaded guilty to criminal homicide in August and received a sentence of 10 to 20 years in prison.

A third defendant, 26-year-old Christopher L. Lassitter, is currently awaiting trial.
