A man charged in the shooting death of a Chambersburg teen will remain in prison while he awaits trial.
Steffawn Spriggs, 23, was held for court on all charges during his preliminary hearing Wednesday. His formal arraignment is scheduled for January 16.
Spriggs is accused in the shooting death of Calvin Beam, who was gunned down September 17 in the area of Franklin Street and Martin Avenue.
He was already in prison when police announced the charges September 27, for slipping away from a Harrisburg halfway house in July.
