Police have filed charges against a Shippensburg man who allegedly exposed himself to teen girls working the drive-thru window of a fast food restaurant.
Shippensburg police said 28-year-old Matthew Mitchell has been identified as the man who performed the lewd act June 5 at the McDonald's on East King Street.
Mitchell is accused of exposing his privates and touching himself while waiting for his order, according to police.
His actions were witnessed by three 17-year-old girls who worked in the restaurant and a manager, police said.
He later returned to the restaurant, told workers he didn't receive part of his order, and exposed himself again while waiting for his food, police said.
He was charged with three counts of corruption of minors and four counts each of indecent exposure and open lewdness.
