Police are now identifying Lancaster's sixth and latest murder victim.

Investigators said 21 year-old Dennis McFadden, Jr. was killed Wednesday in a shooting.

It happened on the 500 block of S. Lime St. Investigators said someone called 911 just before 5:00 p.m. Wednesday to report the shooting. When they arrived, investigators found McFadden with multiple gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Cordell Harris was at the scene on Thursday. He said he has live in Lancaster his entire life and this neighborhood is no stranger to violence.

In fact, Harris said that, nearly two decades ago, his cousin was murdered on the same block where McFadden was killed.

“I'd like for him to be right by my side. I'd like for his victim to be right by my side cuz I went to school with his victim,” said Harris. “So I got love for both sides of the spectrum, so to speak. Stop the violence.”

Police have combed the block for evidence, interviewed witnesses, and followed-up on leads. But investigators said they have yet to identify any suspects or make any arrests.
