PennDOT reopens Canal Street bridge over Manada Creek

PennDOT said it has finished installing signs and guiderail and on Friday reopened the Canal Street
bridge over Manada Creek near the village of Sand Beach in South Hanover
Township, Dauphin County.

The bridge had been closed to traffic since June 25.

The $750,000 project included demolition of the 71-year-old bridge deck and the construction of a new concrete deck.
