Police have filed charges against a teen driver in a crash that killed an East Berlin woman and injured six others near Thomasville last year.
The 17-year-old Hanover woman was not identified because the charges were filed in juvenile court, according to Northern York County Regional Police.
The charges include vehicular homicide, involuntary manslaughter, reckless endangerment, and several traffic violations.
Police have said the teen ran a stop sign at the intersection of Biesecker and East Berlin Road in Jackson Township the morning of September 16.
The 1997 Dodge Avenger she was driving collided with a 1995 Chrysler Cirrus driven by 43-year-old Kimberly Shipley, of East Berlin, who died at the scene.
The impact of the crash caused Shipley's Chrysler to collide with a third car, driven by 28-year-old Mary Von Bank of Dover.
Von Bank and her two passengers were treated at a hospital for injuries, as were the 17-year-old and two passengers in her car.
