Teen charged in bomb threat to Lebanon school

Police have filed charges against a 15-year-old boy in connection with a bomb threat made to the Lebanon County Career and Technology Center.

The teen, a student at Lebanon High School, was charged with threats to use weapons of mass destruction, according to South Lebanon Township police.

He has been released to the custody of his parents. His name was not released.

The bomb threat was one of two investigated by the police department on Tuesday.

Cedar Crest High School was also evacuated and searched, but nothing suspicious was found in either incident.

Police continue to investigate the threat to the high school.
