Lower Paxton police investigate 3 burglaries since Tuesday

Police in Lower Paxton Township, Dauphin County said they are investigating several burglaries reported over the last couple of days.

Someone entered a home on Covey Court overnight while the residents were sleeping and stole jewelry and a cell phone, according to police.

A home on M Street was entered yesterday between 8:50 a.m. and 12:20 p.m. and a laptop, video game system with 20 to 25 games, and two flat screen TVs were taken, police said.

In a third incident, the burglary of a wood shop at a private residence in the 6500 block of Red Top Road was reported on Tuesday. Police said several tools were stolen.
