The wife of Pennsylvania's budget secretary is facing more charges involving drinking and driving.
Georgina Zogby, 47, was found to have a blood-alcohol content of .117 and a suspended driver's license after she crashed and overturned a car Sept. 28 near her Fairview Township home, according to police. Pennsylvania's legal BAC limit is .08.
Zogby, the wife of budget secretary Charles Zogby, continues to face charges of DUI, fleeing and eluding, and several traffic offenses stemming from a July 10 incident in Cumberland County. She has a court appearance in that case on Oct. 18.
She's also facing retail theft charges in Cumberland County.
The previous driving incident sparked controversy among critics of Gov. Tom Corbett after an on-duty state trooper assigned to the governor's security detail left his post at the Executive Mansion to drive Zogby home from the Cumberland County Prison.
